Membership Buy-In

💵 Initiation: $1,000 → 40x50 ft private land area

💰 Deposit to hold your spot: $500 holds your place for 60 days. If you decide not to join after 60 days, the deposit is refunded minus a 20% penalty (you get $400 back). After 60 days, the hold expires and your spot may be released.

🌱 Monthly Dues: $100 — water, trash, bathrooms (first 60 days), future septic, electric expansion, community meals, & shared upgrades.

✔️ Member perks: Daily community meals, profit sharing from farm sales, vote on all upgrades, and access to organic farm & nursery operations.

⚠️ Cancellation: 20% fee deducted if you cancel after full payment.

Green Gardens Welcome

🌿 Grow your own medical marijuana (with valid OK doctor’s recommendation). Follow all state laws – cultivation, manufacturing, consumption.

Save thousands annually by growing your own meds! No more dispensary markups. Produce your own concentrates, beverages, and edibles for personal use (within state limits).

🚫 ABSOLUTELY NO SALES 🚫 – Selling cannabis or cannabis products is forbidden. First violation = immediate permanent ban from Camp Kindleaf. We cannot allow anyone to jeopardize our members’ home and legal standing. One strike, you're out. No exceptions.

Certified Organic Farm & Nursery

Sell organic produce at farmers markets + onsite farm stand.
Egg handlers license → farm fresh eggs.
Sell veggie & fruit plants.
Rabbit fertilizer production & sales.
Daily community meals from our harvest.

💰 PROFIT SHARING: Every member earns an equal percentage of all income from Kindleaf community activities – farmers markets, plant sales, eggs, rabbit fertilizer. We rise together!

HOA & Community Rules

No violence – keep the good vibes.
3 violations → community vote (90% needed) to expel member.
NO shooting guns onsite.
NO hog or pig farm.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM (except community center).
Max 2 animals per member, $100 deposit each.
Upgrades after initial utilities → community vote.

The Kindleaf Grounds

🌲 Macomb, Oklahoma — forest area (private cleared homestead sites).

First 60 days: portable toilets, then septic & bathrooms installed.

Electric hookups expand from community center to every member's space.

🏪 Store: gas station 1 mile. 🛒 Grocery: 10 miles. 🌆 Shawnee, OK: 25 min.

Water, trash, porta-potties included in $100/month dues.

Work & Financial Stability

Onsite income opportunities: agriculture work, farmers market sales, nursery plant sales, egg & rabbit fertilizer programs. Generate money while living here.
Must pay monthly dues ($100) to remain in good standing. Failure to pay = membership revoked + loss of all property shares and profit-sharing rights.
If voted out for rule violations, you forfeit your membership shares and any equity in community assets.
